- Bypass or tamper with architectural headers, security routines, rate limiters, or access restrictions.
- Redistribute, syndicate, or mirror entire chapters or essays under any commercial publication imprint.
3. Intellectual Property Rights & Trademark Fair Use
All typography pairings, original essay texts, layout arrangements, vector assets, and editorial syntheses are the proprietary intellectual property of Brightspickledger Studio S.r.l. and are defended under Italian Copyright Law (Legge 22 aprile 1941, n. 633) and Berne Convention treaties.
Brand names including Flos, Artemide, FontanaArte, iGuzzini, Luceplan, as well as specific luminaire model designations (such as Arco, Tizio, Tolomeo, Bilia), are registered trademarks of their respective holding companies. Their appearance on this website constitutes nominative fair use for historical review, technical taxonomy, and architectural critique. Brightspickledger asserts no proprietary ownership over third-party trademarks and is an independent curatorial publication.
4. Disclaimers of Technical Warranty
While Brightspickledger strives to ensure historical rigor, technical tables (including photometrics, CRI measurements, and dimensions) are published for conceptual illustration and critical discussion. They do not constitute certified electrical engineering schematics. Certified architectural illumination plans must always be verified against official factory technical data sheets and local electrical building codes.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SUITABILITY FOR A SPECIFIC ARCHITECTURAL INSTALLATION, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
